"Shalala Lala" is a single by the Dutch eurodance group Vengaboys released in 2000. It is a cover of the song "Sha-La-La-La-La" from 1973 by Danish glam rock band The Walkers. The song reached number one in New Zealand for three weeks, number four in Australia, and number five in the United Kingdom.
The music video is modeled after the single cover. It takes place in a fictional Alpine restaurant named "Wurst & Women" located in Germany.
Other versions of the song were recorded by British pop group Dreamhouse, which became a hit in Southeast Asia in 1998, and by Estonian pop group Meie Mees using Estonian lyrics.
All tracks written by Torben Lendager and Poul Dehnhardt, except "48 Hours" written by Danski & DJ Delmundo
